The Revolve architecture was not tested in sequence — one mission closing before the next opened. Both instances ran at the same time, independently, on the same architecture. Neither commander waited for the other. Neither mission affected the other's execution.

The world did not pause.

This is what the sovereign model was designed to produce. Two nations, two commands, one shared threat — each responding on their own terms, in their own time, without dependency. It has now been demonstrated under live conditions.

A system that works is not the same as a system that holds.

The Revolve architecture enforces a strict trust boundary between tactical instances and the Hub. Mission results are assembled server-side and transmitted as a sealed payload. Nothing passes through the client. The Hub does not accept results it did not request. The data that returns from the field is the data that happened in the field.

This matters. A result that can be tampered with is not a result. The trust model ensures that what the campaign records is what occurred. Named soldiers who did not come back are gone because the server says they are gone — not because a client reported it.

The architecture does not just work. It holds.

One problem the sovereign model does not solve by itself: what does the second commander do while their partner is in the field?

The answer is not the geoscape. The answer is overhead.

UAV support allows a second commander to join an active tactical engagement without deploying ground forces. Eyes on. Position data. Visibility across the engagement zone. The commander on the ground is not alone. The commander in the air is not idle.

Neither is waiting. Both are present. The mission runs.

This is the first implementation of a system designed to grow. What UAV support becomes as the campaign develops is a question for a future transmission.
